Introducing the
Winkworth Kensal Rise & Queen's Park Lettings team
Last month we got to know more about the Winkworth Sales team, and this month we are spending some time with the Winkworth Lettings team. They’re #1 In Kensal Rise & Queen’s Park for the last 7 years running, so have lots of intel to share about the area..
Let’s meet the Lettings team…
Aaron Priscott – Lettings Director & Business owner
I’m celebrating 11 years with the business this year, which feels like it has flown by.
Fave local haunt - I love evenings at Ida, lovely authentic Italian food and a real family run business. The Parlour also deserves a shout out for its great brunches and a banging Bloody Mary.
Fave street in the area - Burrows Road is great - a quiet 1 way road, equidistant from both overground and underground. Not to mention being close to Roundwood Park & Tiverton Green (great for taking Saffie (my puppy) for a walk).
Top Tip – If you are renting out your home, it’s often worth considering the Managed property package. Your property is one of your most significant investments, so you have peace of mind that it is properly looked after.

Christine - Operations Manager
I have worked for the business for almost 15 years.
Fave local haunt – I love the Queen’s Park Farmers’ Market on a Sunday morning. There is a great variety of stalls including free range and organic meat, veg, cakes and much more. It’s perfect for picking up all the bits for a Sunday lunch.
Fave street - In the area - Milman Road is my favourite, beautiful houses and good size gardens, tree-lined street overlooking the stunning Queen’s Park with a village atmosphere.
Top Tip - One thing people tend to overlook is Renter’s landlord insurance. It can provide valuable protection against losses due to theft, fire, or liability claims, even accidental damage. Not having renter’s insurance leaves renters vulnerable to financial losses in case of unexpected events, so I would say it’s always worth having in place.
Shaun – Lettings Negotiator
I have been working in the property industry since 2020 following my career in acting.
Fave local haunt - Having grown up in this part of London, I love this area. I love the local Caribbean food around Harlesden.
Fave street in the area - My fave road has to been Chamberlayne Road, especially when the sun is blazing! It has a real buzz to it (apart from the current road works situ, but let’s not get into that…).
Top Tip - Property is a real people business. I love bumping into my clients when I’m off duty, feels way more natural saying hello outside of my work gear, so basically always feel free to say hello if you see me out and about!
Michael – Property Manager
I have worked in Winkworth Kensal Rise & Queen’s Park for 7 years now, and almost a decade in the industry.
Fave local haunt - One stop in Harlesden for Caribbean food. You won’t be disappointed.
Fave street in the area – I really Like Aylestone Avenue, really beautiful houses and a wide road. What’s not to love?
Top tip – Make sure you read the management handbook up front and save the important numbers to your phone – if you have an emergency, you want to make sure you can reach us straight away!

Fabian – Snr Lettings Negotiator
I’ve been in the industry for around 7 years with 3 years of that being at Winkworth Kensal Rise & Queen’s Park.
Fave local haunt – My favourite hangout has to be the Chamberlayne Pub, good food and drinks, great atmosphere and always nice to bump into local folks for a good old chat.
Fave street in the area - Aylestone Avenue is my dream street, as the houses are some of the largest in the area and offers a lovely view of Tiverton Park.
Top tip – Trust your gut instinct as you are viewing properties to rent, even if it’s the first one, if you like then go for it, especially as they go pretty quick these days.

Stacy - Lettings Administrator
I have worked at Winkworth for more than 3 years now, with more than 6 years in the industry.
Fave local haunt - Cable co as the quality of the coffee is always on point. It is close to the train station, so it’s very convenient to grab a coffee and carry on with your day.
Fave street in the area – I really like Summerfield Avenue, a nice quiet street but so close to the park and all the great places on Salusbury Road.
Top tip - One mistake I often see people make is leaving everything to the last moment. The process of moving for tenants or letting the property for the landlords is very time consuming and can be quite overwhelming. So my top tip is start your planning early.
