We decided to try the Beef Birria Tacos, and they were absolutely delicious.
Each taco was filled with tender Angus beef slow-cooked in authentic Mexican salsa, herbs, and spices. The beef was juicy and flavourful, pulled off the bone, and perfectly complemented by melted cheese on crispy corn tortillas. Topped with sweet white onions and cilantro, and served with a rich birria consommé on the side, every bite was a burst of deliciousness.
The staff were super chilled, helpful, and friendly. They were especially great with the kids, making sure their food was less spicy and tailored to their taste. We also ordered the Loaded Chicken Nachos, which were piled high with al pastor chicken, nacho cheddar cheese, freshly made guacamole, salsa, and sliced jalapeños. The Chicken Loaded Fries were another hit, generously topped with tender chicken, cheese, and a zesty mix of toppings.
The Elote, with its CHEETOS® FLAMIN’ HOT® crust, was a unique twist on Mexican street corn, offering a creamy, spicy, and cheesy flavour that we all enjoyed.
To drink, we had Jarritos Guava, a refreshing Mexican soft drink known for its fruity flavours and less carbonation. And the churros? They were a big hit with the kids—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and served with delicious milk chocolate and caramel sauces.
Birria Taco offered us a fantastic local dining experience with top-notch service and amazing food. We can’t wait to come back for more!
